Check-in is Saturday 4 p.m. - 6 p.m. in Lifetime’s Office, Suite 2214 (22nd Floor).  Luggage carts are available at Suite 2214 or at the Security Desk in the Main Lobby.  After-hour check-ins are handled at the Security Desk in the Main Lobby of the Royal Kuhio Building.  Security personnel will provide one set of room keys and one free parking stall (if needed) to registered guests with proper identification.  All guests must officially register at the Lifetime office in Suite 2214 the next day during regular office hours 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

A Security Deposit is required by way of cash or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express).  A credit card imprint only for authorization purposes will be taken.


Guests must check out by Saturday 10 a.m.  Guests checking out before Saturday 8 a.m. may drop their keys in the Office door slot (Suite 2214).  Late checkouts cannot be accommodated and may result in a $175 fine.  Luggage may be left in the Lifetime Office until 5:30 p.m. on Saturday; unclaimed luggage will be placed outside the Office unattended – Lifetime is not responsible for missing or stolen luggage and/or other personal belongings.

Should any damages be determined by Lifetime staff upon checkout, the amount will be charged against the Security Deposit provided at check-in.  If damages exceed the deposited amount, the responsible party will be invoiced by Lifetime.


Lifetime members and non-members may use weeks through our ‘Family & Friends’ program by paying a weekly set fee. Usage is limited to week 1 and March through August (subject to availability). Lifetime also has intervals for sale/purchase for anyone wishing to join our Association.
